GROUP FACILITATION

WE encourage all members of a team or group to contribute information or ideas.


By having a facilitator manage your meeting or off-site session, all attendees including leaders, can fully participate in the dialogue without the added responsibility of managing the process.


Facilitation will stimulate creative thinking and generate a wide range of possibilities and solutions. We will ensure that all participants leave knowing they had every opportunity to contribute equally and had a say in an outcome.

Identifying when an external facilitator is appropriate

Questions to ask as a leader or meeting organizer:

  • Do you have a situation where you want all voices to be heard?
  • Do you often find yourself facilitating and unable to fully participate?
  • Do you have a problem you need to solve and want to generate more creative solutions or ideas?


Facilitation is appropriate for many types of meetings or sessions, including (but not limited to):

How we can help

Drawing on our extensive experience in facilitation, conflict resolution, mediation and coaching, we offer a variety of ways to draw out the best ideas from a group. We will offer ways for all voices in the group to be heard; as well we will help the group discover what will be needed in order to move forward.


Ideas and thoughts can be drawn out through a variety of formats and techniques: individual participation, working in small groups, working as a whole, pre-work, etc.


We encourage and create a safe place for productive discussions to happen. By being a third party who has no stake in the outcome of the session, we bring an unbiased approach to the facilitation. We will work with you to determine what needs to be accomplished, and design the facilitation around that. At the end of the session, we will document your discussion and action plan for moving forward.
