RESTORATION

Restoration is a service offered post-investigation. Often the workplace has become divided and colleagues have taken sides, and management is at a loss as to how to begin to recover and move the unit forward.


Restoration uses one or more of one on one conflict coaching, leadership coaching, mediation, group facilitation to help the work unit apply different approaches to moving forward. It is not an easy process, but necessary for work units to begin to work together for the good of the organization and each other.

How can a workplace resolution help?

Often workplace investigations can leave employees confused or deeply hurt and resentful toward one another or their employer. Recognizing the difficult nature of the experience, we attempt to minimize any negative impact by minimizing the investigation’s footprint in the workplace and minimize possible aftershocks.


As an investigators, we understand the impact an investigation has on the work group. We bring my coaching and conflict resolution skills to this table to help colleagues restore the workplace.


Workplace restoration may be one method to support employees or assist employers through a difficult situations, such as:


  1. To re-establish respectful working relationships among those who have experienced harassment at work
  2. To re-affirm trust among employees, or between employee(s) and management, after an incident(s) of harassment
  3. To assist their employees to process the disruptive impact of an investigation
